What kind of Platforms can register on Finswich?

If your platform wallet for your users, then Finswich is perfect for you. You can register your app on Finswich; however, all apps are subject to verification.

If your app doesn’t offer wallet, that’s fine. You can integrate Finswich payment checkout to receive payment seamlessly.

Do I need to pay a registration fee for my apps?

You need to pay a sum of $10 to go live. All you have to do is fund your wallet before going live

How do I fund my app's Finswich wallet?

You can either fund through  wallet address in your wallet, or do bank a transfer from your local currency.

What documents do I need to Submit?

Presently, you need to submit about 5 documents for you to be fully registered. Certificate of Incorporation, License (optional), Indemnity form, AML policy, Proof of Address.

How many days does it take to get my documents approved?

Your KYC documents would be reviewed & approved within 24 hours of submission

How many days will I need to get my App approved?

Apps would be approved within 24 hours of uploading them

Can Finswich access my customers wallets directly?

No, finswich can not access your customers wallet. We are just a transfer checkout that sits in between 2 wallets

Do I need to perform KYC?
All the details needed to sign up for our platform is your email, and country.
What ID card do I need to submit?
You don’t need to submit any ID card.
How do I create a wallet?

Upon signing up and logging in you get a default wallet. The wallet of the country you used to sign up

To create additional wallets, click on the create wallet icon on the app homepage and select the country of the wallet from the presented country dropdown.

How many different wallets can I create?

You can create wallets from all the countries where we are presently operating. Presently, we operate in about 10 countries.

The include: Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Angola, Togo, Morocco, and Saudi Arabia.

Can I have two different wallets of the same country?

No, you cannot. You can only have one wallet for each country available.

How do I fund my wallet?

Login to the Instance app

  • Click on payment on the home page
  • Click on the fund Icon
  • Input the amount you would like to fund
  • Fund the account details shown to you
  • Upload the payment evidence
  • Submit the request
What are the bank accounts that I can add on Instance?

You can add any bank of your choice. We support all banks.

What's the minimum amount I can withdraw from my wallet?

There is no minimum amount.

What is the minimum amount i can fund my wallet?

The minimum for funding is $1.5 prorated to the local currency rate of the wallet you’re funding

How long does it take for my Instance Wallet to be funded?

Upon uploading your payment evidence, your wallet would be funded in 10 mins.

What are the crypto networks available?

Presently, our crypto (USDT) transfer are done only over the TRON network (TRC-20)

How does Instance Savings work?
  • Savings are specific amount of money deducted from your default wallet into another wallet, the Savings Wallet
  • Instance Savings plans are nicely pre-packaged products that save you the stress of setting up your own savings plans.
  • You can edit your Savings plan mid way. Amount and the interval of deduction can be edited. You might have set up your savings to be 10,000 naira every month, you could decide to change it to 5,000 naira every week.

On Instance we have pre packaged you some savings plans to make things easy for you. All you have to do is activate the savings package of your choice.

Yes, you can edit the amount you would like to be saving and the interval (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).

When do I start earning returns on my Savings?

Interest is calculated on savings every 24hrs.

What is the highest returns I can earn on my Savings?

You can earn up to 8% per annum on your savings plans

Can I withdraw out of my savings anytime?

Yes, however, if you withdraw from your savings when the withdraw window is not yet available for your Savings plan, you incurr an early savings withdrawal penalty.

Do I incur a penalty for closing my savings plan earlier than the right closing date?

Yes, there is a penalty for closing your savings early. It’s there to discourage you from closing your Savings and not meeting your financial goals.

What is Intrapay?

What does it mean that IntraPay is performance driven?

To make sure that our platform is  efficient we have decided to reward exchangers based on their behaviors.

Certain actions on the platform means you earn a higher score and hence get more transactions routed to you. While other  actions lowers  your scores.

Eg. Ignoring/dropping transactions, being online and not processing transactions, and losing disputes.

How does IntraPay work?

IntraPay serves as the backbone for payment processing.

A network of exchangers across different countries get end-user payment request routed to them and they process it.

This system makes global transfers seamless and fast.

Who is an Exchanger?

An Exchanger is a user on the intrapay platform.

Exchangers process the transactions our system rout to them.

How much commission do I earn on IntraPay?

You earn a commission of 1.4 – 2.0% on each transaction  processed; however, the exact amount of commission you earn depends on how efficiently (quickly and accurately) you process transactions.

Do I have to be online to get transactions routed to me?

Yes, you have to be online. Exchangers that are offline don’t get transactions routed to them

What do I do to earn the maximum commission possible?

To earn the most commission, you have to accept transactions quickly, process them fast, and complete them accurately.

What is the commision structure of Intrapay?

Our commission structure is divided into 3 major parts:

  • The speed of accepting request which constitute 0.5% of the whole commision
  • The speed of processing request which constitute 0.5% of the whole commission
  • The fee of processing request which makes the bulk of the commission at 1%

How do I fund my IntraPay Wallet?

You can fund your wallet from any third party crypto exchange. All you have to do is copy you wallet address and transfer to it.

You don’t fund your commission wallet. It’s funded by us, which is where your commission accrues

What are the wallets I have on Intrapay?

You have three wallets on intrapay:

  • Capital wallet
  • Commission wallet
  • Insurance wallet
What's the capital wallet?

The capital wallet is the wallet that you use to hold the funds that you use to process transactions

What is the commission wallet?

This is the wallet that holds your commission. Commission can be withdrawn out of the system anytime.

What is the insurance wallet?

The insurance wallet holds an Exchanger’s fund till it is certified that the transaction processed by the Exchanger is complete and without dispute

Why Intrapay Insurance Model?

To guarantee trust, completeness of transactions, and end user satisfaction, Intrapay locks as insurance an amount equal to the amount an Exchanger is processing for a period of 3 days (Grace  Period)

What is the Grace Period?

The grace period is a period of 3 days in which a user can lodge a complaint about a transaction. 

If no complaint is raised in 3 days, it’s assumed the transaction has no issues whatsoever 

Exchangers are paid their commission after the Grace Period

What Crypto Currencies can be used to fund my wallet?

You can only fund your wallet with USDT

Note that all funding should be done using the TRC-20 network

What is the maximum I can fund my wallet?

There is no cap on funding of your wallet. You can fund your wallet with as much money as you want

What is the minimum I can fund my wallet?

The minimum wallet funding value is 10 USDT
